It didn't turn up so we tried to ring several times to chase it and they never answered the phone. We eventually received an email to say we would receive the bracelet in the next week, 2 weeks after we were meant to receive it. That day came and still no bracelet. We rang over 20 times with still no answer and emails being ignored. We eventually had to go through the bank to open an investigation and get our money back! Place is an absolute joke, steer clear!!!
