Complete incompetence. From start to finish, nothing done correctly. Spoke to a manager named Mark, who did nothing to rectify the situation. Give this place a miss.

I mean, The website will not load. It's a total piss take. Can't get through on the phones. Ordered a fire and got it dusty. The staff are impolite and I would advise avoiding as they buy their stock from ebay and charge you an extra £85 so you can purchase cheaper elsewhere.
